The service: VitalCopies provides we prepare the application for the exact office that holds your record, include the required id proofs and the government fee, and mail it with tracking both ways — refunded if the office rejects our paperwork.We describe exactly what is and isn't included on each page — those descriptions are the contract.

Payment: prices are shown before checkout. One-time purchases are delivered as described on the product page. If we fail to deliver, email us and we'll make it right or refund it.

Not professional advice: VitalCopies is a private application-preparation service. We are not affiliated with any state vital records office, county clerk, or government agency, and certified certificates are issued only by those government offices. Every record we help order can be requested yourself directly — each page links the official office and its fee.

Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
